Join us for our Focus Fitness Classes, which offer 50 minute full body workouts that will challenge all your major muscle groups and boost your heart rate. Our classes include HIIT workouts, kickboxing, Abs and glutes, and even yoga classes. Versatility matched with quality instruction is a major value point of all of our programs .

PENCAK SILAT MARTIAL ARTS & SELF DEFENSE
Empower combative potential with our Pencak Silat Martial Arts and Shujaa Self Defense classes. Led by certified coaches who will tailor each session to your abilities and goals. Scale your skills from basic to advanced training in a blend of practical mma techniques along with the Indonesian Pencak Silat martial art. Practicing a martial art is helpful in becoming more physically confident in tense situations, and enhance your discipline and self-awareness along the way. We believe self-defense is a fundamental right that is best studied thoroughly, and our classes are the perfect way to develop the skills and mindset necessary to enhance your ability to defend yourself fast.
KIDS MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM
The youth program is for ages 6-12. The program runs monthly and is designed to help involved youth learn about the importance of fitness, discipline and situational awareness through practicing mixed martial arts. We specialize in training a practical blend of kickboxing, krav maga, and pencak silat techniques and drills we refer to as Shujaa.
